She architected new production processes within Newell Rubbermaid-Eldon Division to reduce lost inventory by 15% weekly and successfully streamline manufacturing processes. When she was working with L’Oreal USA, she upgraded Lawson Software to enable adjustments to depreciation schedule, saving company $326K annually by averting lost depreciation as indicated in prior audit. Here, she also deployed labor system to log production hours and machine downtime, as well as generate productivity and efficiency reports.

At Kennametal Corp, she accomplished Fixed Asset inventory reconciliation among three computer systems and scrutinized depreciation system to identify hundreds of thousands of dollars in lost depreciation expenses.
